Poha

Poha or Chirwa/ Chiwda (Flattened Rice) as it is popularly known is made from rice paddy. It is very rich in vitamins, and is absolutely FAT Free.

Poha can be consumed with milk as breakfast or can be cooked in a variety of Healthy Dishes.

It is also very helpful in controlling loose motions if consumed with Curd (Dahi).
